Creation of recipe pages in illustrator

Design details: Hi there,

I need someone to create 40 A5 recipe pages based on the pdf template attached. I have the word documents of recipes but need the formatting to be the same / similar format as the template. The recipes need to be easily read at A5 size as they are to go into a booklet I'm creating for a charity. So fonts must be readable

Please see typical page style template attached and how the recipes are currently formatted in the word documents. There will be 40 word documents in total and the recipes will be of varying length and descriptions. The final formats should all be in in illustrator CS6

Extra notes: This is for a charity so obviously the budget is relatively low but open to offers.
