Create two bar chart graphics for a presentation (to replace excel charts)

Design details: we need two chart graphics created to replace excel charts (see attachment - these are the actual charts we need) - we just want it to be more designed, than bog standard excel charts

this is to go into a presentation

We will share the presentation to the chosen freelancer, so colours and styles can be matched
Ideas for the visual style: clean, simple
Extra notes: bit of a rush job, so need to be available to start straight away.
