Create two animated GIF web banners

Looking to have two GIF web banners created, as follows:

160 wide x 200 height (can be flexible on height 180-220)

468 width x 60 height

Both sizes need to have consistent styling to each other.

Target website has a navy blue-theme, so needs to be a stand-out contrast.

Banners to be subtle, appealing and informative - not a hard-sell sales banner ad.

Banners to use \'mic\' graphic (supplied by us). Attached are a couple of our current non-professional banners for guidance.

We would be looking for successful designer to suggest an approach that would encourage existing site visitors to go and listen to a relevant audio file. Successful bidder will be one who\'s prepared to give short summary of proposed approach (possibly with sample wording or relevant example)

We require full IP on the finished banners, with unlimited and unrestricted use.
