Create SVG graphic of Handwriting directional chart (lower & upper case & numbers)

Design details: Need a SVG graphic of 26 lower case letters, 26 upper case letters and numbers 0-9 with arrows to show children the directional guides for how to write these characters. I have attached examples of what is needed. I need these on a plain white background (or transparent) and all can be in a single SVG file. Font should be COMIC SANS MS. * We do not want a straight conversion of the example attachments, we need to be able to edit the SVG and grab/resize individually letter or numbers, change fonts, move individual items around etc.
