Create simple newsletter report in InDesign

Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a simple report generated in InDesign (CS3 preferably, but other versions OK if they're compatible?) for a pet-friendly travel website/email service.
I can supply the content and images, and just need the layout taken care of. The layout should be clean, modern, and readable. It should also appear to offer high value to interested subscribers and be the kind of document that can be printed off and enjoyed like a magazine, etc.
Should be a pretty easy job considering content is supplied - cost will be a key factor in my decision-making on awarding the job.
