Create sequence of 3 medical illustrations. Copied/similar to

I need a series of 3 relatively simple medical illustrations that are adapted from pre-existing illustrations. Greyscale only is required although high quality or vetor images would be fine.
The uploaded images show the sequence of 3 that form the basis for the sequence. Other versions are available to be seen on the internet using a search of "THD treatment of haemorrhoids" I have also attached a B & W simplified version which is a simplified version of what I am looking for.
