Create new gaming channel art work

Information for the business: YouTube channel
Industry: Entertainment
Design details: I have created a new gaming channel on YouTube where I will be creating videos of myself playing various games online.
The channel is going to be called "Buggsy Gaming HD".
Channels I like the look of: https://www.youtube.com/user/jackfrags and https://www.youtube.com/user/FRANKIEonPCin1080p
These are popular channel that I do like the look of and something like this would be similar to but of course to be original and not a copy. I would like you the designer to come up with some ideas and impress me.
The items that I require are:
1. Top cover photo
2. Logo
3. A template I can use for the video covers
After that work has been completed I will be looking for some short intros created for the beginning to my videos. If you are not able to create something like that it doesn't matter I can use someone else for that.
I am mainly looking for someone who has experience with this kind of design work before and can maybe show me some work they have done before.
