Create Instructions for furniture installation

We have approx 10 standard furniture ranges, which we need to create a set of instructions for. I need someone to come to our office in Los Angeles California (Zip 90045) and watch us build the product, and you take notes, and go away and create the instructions for me. i can supply a CAD drawing to help with the instructions. The instructions should be in a similar format to the attached instructions. Please can you give me a price to do the instructions for just ONE product for me? if i am happy with that i will ask you to repeat it for all products.
