Create illustrations for a children's book

My first child's birthday is coming soon and I have written a short book for him. I need illustrations for the short rhyming sentences of the book. I require simple illustrations of a baby doing different things and some background to fill up the page. The main focus is the baby or the action of the rhyming sentence so the background can be simple. There are 12 pages and I also need a front cover. I would like to have the illustrated baby look like my son so I can provide a image of him. If possible can I some different versions of the baby so that I choose which one best resembles him. I know I'm asking for a lot but this is a special 1 year old present which I hope someone can help me on a limited budget.
