Create an illustration of a graduation robe

Hi, I am looking for someone to create an illustrated graduation robe which I can use to add as a layer of clothing to a dress up doll illustration. The robe needs to be designed to look like the girl is carrying it on her shoulders.

No other design elements are needed, just the robe, would need it to reflect the same design style as the attached images.

Would like it to sit on the girl similar to the graduation illustrations I have attached.
