Create an illustration (3D) for a website

I want the website design to be similar to the attached image. The houses. Maybe with a simple car with FAGVINDU printed on it, and make some windows in the buildings look new/replaced.
The attached logo is just a sketch so feel free to edit it to fit your design (design and color) and make it vector based.

My website will sell windows and doors.

Please give me a estimate of number of hours needed!
