Create a retail site plan

I need help to create a site plan on a certain plot of land using a google earth picture. I am looking to lay out a small shopping center that is +/- 2.17 acres. Included will be a 10,200 square foot building as well as a "strip center" that is about 9,800 square feet. I will need to see landscape buffering as well as parking spots. I have attached a sketch.

Land = Northeast corner of Wyngate Blvd & Renner Rd. Plano, Texas, USA.
Coordinates = 32.997358,- 96.667697
Total land dimensions = 402 feet X 230 feet.
Bldg 1 dimension = 85 feet X 120'
Bldg 2 (strip center) dimension = 140' X 70'

I have sketched a drawing of what I am looking for and have attached it. Also attached a photo of the property (outlined in red). The last attachment is example of the type of work I am looking for. As close to this as possible would be great. Thank you!
