Create a menu

Information for the business: Wine bar with food
Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: I would like to create a menu in Indesign that is very close to the design of the menu below.

We will carry about 50 different wines, and would like to categorize them in a intersting way, and I work on that. Also have a few jokes, stories etc that is similar to on this menu. It will be all black / white printed on a beige paper in legal size. It will be even pages diveded by 4, so most likely 12 pages or 16 with cover, logo etc.
Ideas for the visual style: Different fonts, that works together
Preferred colors: black / white
Where the design will be used: in a menu
Extra notes: I want this to be used for InDesign.
