Create a marketing template

Hello, I am looking for someone who is creative and that can create a template document based on the document attached, which will allow me to populate myself each time I have an investor who requires me to conduct all the necessary research.
The other challenge is that I must be able to do this in word as I do not have any design software on my windows 10 computer, can you help. I am open to suggestions and ideas if you think you can create a more of a professional looking document but allowing me to simply swap the images and data around.
