I am on a low budget, but need this done ASAP unfortunately.
It shouldn't take too long as you can use the attached image and just tweak it enough that it doesn't look identical ie the tree can look different and 'problem' can be removed altogether. The text can be different and the colours and shapes of the 'cause' boxes

However, the one I have attached looks a better resolution!
