Convert UX into UI with vector graphics

Information for the business: It is an app to control smart devices
Industry: Technology
Design details: There are 5 screens in total, the UX only highlights what items should be on the screen. I want the UI designer to understand the concept and create a good looking user interface for it.

The Concept:
This is an app for controlling smart devices, it could be any smart device not just home devices. You will be required to follow the branding guideline. This is very similar to Apple Homekit, if you want to understand more you can read about that.
Target audience: Men / Women ( age 20 - 35 )
Ideas for the visual style: Vector Icons, Gradients, Futuristic Look
Things to avoid: Don't just add colors to these mockups
Preferred colors: #F8E1D5, #1BDEFA, #1495AD, #67949E, #2B3E60
