Convert some old scanned line drawings to illustrator.

Design details: I require the file attached (scan_ev_outline.png) to be redrawn as an adobe illustrator file.

I will be happy to receive other file formats as long as they are scalable vector and adobe illustrator compatible.

I do not want the leader lines, dots, or scanner mark to be part of the drawing as shown in scan_ev_outline - notes.png file.
