Convert simple raster image to vector format

Design details: I have a raster image that I need converted to vector SVG format. It is a very simple geometric pattern. The part of the bitmap that is colored BLACK should end up as a single object on the output. I need all the outlines of this object to end up as non-overlapping straight line segments in the output - not a bunch of traced curves. This project should be very easy and only take a few minutes if you have the right skills and tools.
