I have architectural plans in PDF format that I need to convert into editable DWG files (AutoCAD). The DWG files should accurately reflect all details from the original PDFs, including dimensions, annotations, and layers where applicable.

I only need the plans of the house itself, not the surrounding areas or any other elements outside the house.
