Convert my sketch into digital logo

Information for the business: We design fashion
Design details: I am looking to translate my sketch into a digital logo. I have attached the sketch.

For anyone that takes this project, I am expecting that I can work with you to make revisions to the design until I am completely happy with it. I am quite particular, so please be OK with this to take on the project.

For your guidance;
- lettering based loosely on John Doe font (e.g. here:- http://www.fontscape.com/pictures/fonthead/JohnDoe.gif)
- the top 'bang' is in a black/off black. The lower 'bang' will be in a lighter hue/grey.
- The bang bang words is encircled by orange circle. Orange circle is made from dots.
- There are two basic bird shapes in the top right corner,
- The letters TM are not required in the design.
- I may like to make some small adjustments after I see this design digitally.
