Contract re-tender and presentation

We are a well established Vehicle Rental company based in central Bedfordshire.
We have a long-running contract with a business partner, which is up for renewal at the beginning of October. We have enjoyed a successful partnership for around 15 years and we are confident of winning a further contract BUT we do not want to be over confident or complacent. We want to present our bid and presentation in a fresh and dynamic way, abandoning the stuffy power point stuff we have used in the past and show we are re-invigorated and ready to deliver an enhanced service with lots of new ideas and possibilities.

We would love to hear from anyone that can help us shape our bid in a way that has maximum impact and maybe an unusual twist

Given we are an automotive business we would also like to develop a theme based on our industry - perhaps car keys... but that's not essential
