Complete UI for Iphone APP

looking to design complete UI for our app
we are looking for a cool UI , Fresh UNIQUE and EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND UI.
when i say complete i mean it ----> icon, logo ,all the app screens.
we want also splash screen for startup .
we have wizard of 4 pages right now and 5 main pages with (with little amount of inside pages ,like settings )
we want the logo for the app and for future website to come .

please dont bid if you are going to ask more money during the project.
this is why i wrote complete!

if you bid please attach protfolio of recent app designed by you .
during work you will have to be in communication with our developer of the app with google talk.
we want to choose from few options the best design so take that in count.
