Complete branding for various marketing tools and social media including logo

Design details: We are looking for a complete graphic design package to help launch our business. This includes the follow:

- Logo
- Banner for email template/landing page template (we are Infusionsoft users so are looking for a branded banner to use with our email marketing templates etc)
- Social media page branding (includes Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Youtube)

All graphics must incorporate the logo and all form part of a systematic brand design. Our business is called 'The Therapy Resource Service' and provides a membership package for therapists of all kinds (e.g. counsellors) to access discounted training, business consultancy/planning, workshops, online resources and discounts to affiliate services. The colours of our website which we would like to be represented/in-keeping with the graphic designs can be seen in the attached file which shows a screenshot of our website that is currently under development.
Target audience: Therapists looking to start their own small businesses/therapy practises
Ideas for the visual style: Sleek, crisp, blends in well with the logo - sloping styles which blend in with white pages
Things to avoid: 'Boxy'
Preferred colors: See attached for some ideas of the colouring being used on our website
Where the design will be used: email templates, banners, social media and all branded marketing
Extra notes: We are a small start-up company looking to launch in September 2014 so therefore have a limited budget, however we are looking for high quality and a professional look so are will to negotiate for the right person. We are looking to build an ongoing relationship with a graphic designer as there will be a lot of upcoming projects and future graphics needing to be designed, we are therefore looking for someone who will enable us to have these initial graphics completed within a reasonable price and within a tight budget in order for us to launch and re-use you again for all future graphic work - our business runs frequently changing campaigns etc so regular work will be pretty assured for the right person.
