Company Organisational Chart

Information for the business: We are a Solitiors
Industry: Legal
Design details: We are currently looking for a freelancer to put together an organisation chart for us in visio.

This would essentially be 2 charts, showing the two sides of the business, but ideally we would want these side by side.

I have worked with Visio briefly, and used the wizard to put something basic together, but as the wizard only works on a "reports to" structure, it doesn't really work for us:
Each employee has a "grade" (1-13) which is not always the same as everyone else on the team. We would want the grade numbers at the side of the page, with lines going across, and each employee in that "grade" in line.

I have uploaded the spreadsheet which I was using in the wizard in Visio, an example of what I mean when it comes to the "Grades", and an example of our company branding which we would like this to match.

Potentially we were thinking of having photos of each employee in each section - how feasible is this?

If you can give me a quote, and time estimation; I will be able to get back to you pretty quickly, as this is something we want fairly quickly.

Ideas for the visual style: We would want this to look fairly modern, and in line with our company branding colours - this is going to be a large poster present throughout the office
