Comic Book Inker Wanted

We need a black and white inker to do 25-30 pages per month for a new sci-fi horror comic.

Ideally no more than $10 per page to start with.

This will be ongoing work for a few years and the rate will get better after the first four issues pass break-even point on sales.

Digital inking is preferred as pencilled pages will be provided by email, but it is not essential if you wish to do it by hand.

We do not have pencilled pages for examples but the facebook page has character sketches to give you an example of the type of thing you will be working on.

Please bid with the intention of working on all issues in the series as we want to use the same person for all 75 issues, as changes to the creative team complicates publishing.

The chosen candidate will be offered more work in future at the re-negotiated rate, so please bear in mind the lower rate is short-term in lieu of a more beneficial long-term rate and you will not be expected to work for this amount permanently. A profit sharing option can be negotiated if long-term royalty payments interest you more than one-off fees, so let us know if that is the case.
