Comic Book Artist - NEEDED

I\'m a writer living in London, who has created a new grahpic novel. The characters have come alive, the plot is finished and in place, the language is perfect and the idea complete - but I can\'t draw for beans.
I need an artist (preferably also living in or around London to facilitate the joint creative process I desire) who has a strong individual style as well as the willingness to dedicate themselves to what is a very large project.
I can maybe pay some sort of hourly rate, that would be down to negotiation, but if I had it I would promise you the World because I believe in my idea so much. I would be willing to offer a generous percentage of the entire completed work, as well as you the chance to have almost complete artistic control and integrity, in a project where your skills and imagination will be pushed to the limit.
