Clean up edges of high res leaf shape. Vector overlay? SIMPLE

Hi guys,

I have an image I'm going to be using for a print.
It's goingt o be printed quite large so I need the edges to be cleaned up. As you can see in the attached image, I need the overall shape of the leaf to be a slightly smoother curve (main ponts highlighted in red) as well as the individual bumps along the edge of the leaf to be slightly more uniform and natural lookking.

I'll need a slight inner shadow to define the edges of the leaf.

You need to produce a very professional image.
