Children's Character Designer - Alphalings - Full IP Transfer

I am creating a children's brand Alphalings. Characters are creatures where fur looks like clothes, and long hair is tied into a pom-pom. TASK: Redraw ONE master character (Letter A) FROM SCRATCH as original vector. This master will be used for plush toys and colouring books. COPYRIGHT - VERY IMPORTANT FOR PLUSH:
I have AI images, but they are only INSPIRATION.
You must draw a NEW original character by hand, not edit the AI file.
You must give me layered source file .AI and sign a paper that you give me 100 percent copyright, including right to make derivative works and hire other artists to create rest of alphabet in same style.
This is work-for-hire - I will own all rights for plush and books.
Do not use AI for the final drawing.
NDA required before I share my AI reference. Please show work with children's mascots or plush toys. This first job is for 1 character plus 1 page style guide. Budget for master is 180 GBP. After this master, I have full alphabet to do and I am looking for bulk pricing for remaining letters using the style guide.
