Change pattern colours to given colour-code (vector file)

Design details: Hello,

I have 3 vector patterns that I need to change. All colours need to be changed by given colour-code from CURRENT COLORS to NEW COLORS. Files are vector and need to remain vector.There are 3 patterns: 1 needs to be changed to 2 different colour schemes, 2 needs to be changed to 3 different colour schemes and 3 needs to be changed to 2 different colour schemes. I will send the actual original pattern to you once I accept your proposal.
