Cartoon/comic page illustrations from supplied images & models

I require 6 comic/cartoons to be produced from a whole bunch of high quality images & 3D models.

These need to be made so we can make a cartoon in the style attached (see video attached)

I also require a 5 second 3D logo animation to be made from some still images.
I also require some social media images.

So most of the source material will be supplied, they just need to be recreated as cartoons etc

You'll need to take some still images from the 3d models in hi res so you'll need to run either Unity 3D or UE4 or another 3D software package.

This will need to be high quality.
