Business Cards, Sticker labels to go onto packaging

What are your charges for creating/designing packaging for 3-5 products in my new cosmetic and health well being range? Would you assist in the manufacturing of these packaging?

As a more cost effective method, a may just implement the use of stickers on packaging already available on the market. i.e. clear tubes with my company label, details, ingredients on the package as a sticker - if you imagine showergel packaging. How much would you charge for that service? I also need to create a company logo, business cards, website etc. Please price individually
