Building Design - Artist Design Only - Not Needed for anything else

I am looking for an artists design for a building. The building is only for graphic purposes and will serve no other purpose than art. The building in question does NOT exist and the details of the building design will be provided to the winner. If needs be I can provide a sketch if needs be to help explain what I need.

Overall I am looking for 1 A3 size design in landscape and colour. In addition to this the design will be in pencil or similar as opposed to computer graphics.

I have quoted a price, however I didnt really know what the picture would cost to make so please do not take my price as a guide.

Finally the finished design should be sent in the post to an address I provide, unless you are within driving distance of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, in which case I will pick it up.
