Beautiful presentation of 50 bullet points describing vision for a new church build

Design details: I want an A4 document that I can present to a funder which presents a beautiful illustration or diagram containing the 50 or so bullet points which describe the vision we have for our new church building (rather than a boring list!).

I am not a creative type - but one idea (not sure if it would work) was for the points to appear in various parts of a drawing / image of a beautiful church building. The church we are building will be a modern rather than a traditional one but I'm not sure that matters particularly.
Target audience: Professional funding organisations
Ideas for the visual style: As long as the text is clear and easy to read I am quite flexible
Preferred colors: Vibrant & warm - to reflect the vision
Extra notes: I will email you the 50 or so bullet points. A few examples:

- a warm welcoming place
- peaceful and quiet
- music attracting young people
- invite the young ones in, but don't forget the old ones
- full of light and colour
- a place for belonging
