Banner Ad Designers / Web Banner Designers Needed

I am looking to hire 2 Designers who are able to design Banner Advertisements which are used to go onto networks like google adwords and google adsense and many other networks that use banner ads. A sample size would be the standard 250 x 250 however there are many various sizes.

You will recieve orders on a fairly regular basis and they could vary in size. Some orders may only have 1 or 2 banners, other orders may include up to 10 or above in one go.

You need to be able to animate banners on a basic level as well, this means flashing text, fancy transitions between text etc.

You could potentially receive up to $10 per banner so if you work fast and to a high quality, on a day with a lot of orders, you could make quite a lot of money

You could also potentially receive up to $15 per animated banner

Customers who make orders also have an option. The usual turnaround I would need is 48 hours MAXIMUM. However there is an option for customers to rush the order. For rush orders you will receive up to $12 per banner.

You also need to be prepared to make revisions included in the price as sometimes (I design banners myself) the banner isn't quite spot on and needs changing so you will need to be prepared to make small revisions and send back quickly and effectively.
