Apply color to a mandala

Design details: I have a mandala design that needs color applied to it. Only half the pattern has to be colored.

This isn't about being able to use a fill bucket tool, its about knowing how to co-ordinate colors to make a design pop.

Deadline is flexible, let me know what works for you in your proposal.

Don't ask me my budget, post your proposal if you are interested. If i get a "Can we discuss this" type message, i will assume you are a bot and ignore your messages. If you have a question, please just ask it.
