Appliance Images ReDrawing

We're shortly launching a website which supplies spare parts for appliances. In order to help customers we have a section on there with a diagram pointing to where they can find they model number.

What we need is for the appliances to be drawn up (or sources royalty free) with a colours dot indicating where they can be found.

I have examples such as https://prnt.sc/Qe_gh1mD-aU2 which we'd like to replicate (but with a different drawing of the appliance)

I will provide these and there are 17 in total.
