Hi,
I work for a small TV/Communications organisation specialising in filming public sector events and making short public sector programmes which are streamed online for relevant audiences to watch.
I am looking to commission someone to create an annotated diagram, the primary element of which will be a submarine, to use in our printed sales material. This could possibly also be used on our website in due course.
The diagram does not need to be technically accurate/exact as we will be using the image as a visual metaphor of our organisation i.e. the part of our organisation that is visible to the public i.e. \"above the surface of the water\" is our film crew represented by the submarine\'s conning tower. Whereas the rest of the company will be represented by the hull of the submarine under the water.
The basic functions of the submarine will then need to mirror the functions of our organisation - i.e. The Radar would represent our Research Team, The Weapons system the marketing department etc. etc.
So when I say the diagram doesn\'t need to be accurate, we\'re not looking for an exact mock up of a Trident submarine, just something that will look vaguely convincing to the lay person and communicate the message of a large organisation \"below the surface\".
In terms of the kind of diagram we are looking to have created, we initially visualise something in the cut-away explanatory style you would see in National Geographic or a Sunday supplement, examples at the links below. However I am happy to look into any suggestions you may have if you feel this project would be better presented in an alternate format.

Time scale for this job is 7-10 days from commissioning date.
We need the designer working on this job to be able to work remotely. So own hardware, software etc is essential.
If you are interested in this job I would be delighted to hear from you.
Kind regards
