Anime or cartoon design of female character

Hi, I need someone to design an anime or cartoon style girl of about 17ish to act as a character on a website. The idea is that she is slightly sassy looking but more independent and tombiyish than overtly attractive although she does need to be attractive too. She is to appear on a website selling musical instruments so I'm looking for her to be styled in about3 -4 generic poses - hands on hips/defiant, making the V peace sign, pointing left in the air and pointing right in the air, ,sitting down knees together, ankles apart, hands resting on something either side of her (so that I can use her to sit on the instruments of choice.
