Animator / Illustrator / Graphical Designer ( Digital / Video to re-create a specific style (Raymond Biesinger)

I'm looking for a talented illustrator / video / graphic designer / animator that would like to create the building blocks of my new website and 60 second presentation video using the specific style of Raymond Biesinger (as similar as possible).

I run a think thank for owners of small technology companies and their investors. My target audience is men aged 30-50.

I want the website to look sophisticated with a creative flair, professional, intelligent - and reference the technology industry in a subtle way. The video is an extension of the illustrations used on the site.

I am looking for something that looks like this;
http://www.infinvision.com/ (take particular note of the main illustrations in the slider, that's the exact style I want).

I would like the illustrations to look like they could have been made by Raymond Biesinger (His website = http://fifteen.ca/). His work is featured in places like the The Financial Times, Wired and Monocole. Spend some time looking on this site.



The website will be on page only. When the users clicks to explore more the page slides down to reveal a new section further down. Please see basic wireframe attached.

To summaries the sort of output I am looking for:
- Create one concept for the over-all idea with the website (the fact that it's a very long page, how do we connect the sections so it feels like one complete and connected experience)
- Create '15 illustrations based around quotes' (main slider).
- Create all headlines/graphical objects (perhaps 20-30 objects, arrows, speech bubbles, headlines, etc), using same font style as http://www.infinvision.com/
- 60 second video animation (I'll provide the script and a professional voice over)


We are only looking for an illustrator, we have a website developer already.
