An illustration of my girlfriend and me

I was hoping to get a custom illustration of my girlfriend and I. I have some pictures of us and our outfits. Then in the background I was hoping for a bridge and NYC which I also have an image of. And finally I wanted our 3 dogs to be below us as well as a small monkey you could hide in the corner as a secret surprise for her. My question is how much would this cost? Would it be cheaper if I remove some of the details?

And finally what scale is the image you create? Like the dimensions.
