We need a traditional hand drawn black pen cartoon that depicts how 3 race cars deal with a huge pothole in the road. One race car waits for the road to be repaired, so sits there idle, one race car finds another route around the pothole, and the third car has a team of people that come and build a bridge over the pothole.
The cartoon doesn't need to show the team of people building the bridge, only that the bridge has been built.
It's supposed to depict 3 companies that are working on a technology project to integrate two pieces of software together. one type of company, on encountering an obstacle, waits for the software supplier to fix the obstacle before progressing with the project (car one). Another type of company will find a different route /method to integrate the software even if it takes a little longer (car two) and the third type of company will use other pieces of software (the bridge) to overcome the obstacle (car three).
