An idea turned into a poster

I have a drawing I would like to be turned into a poster. It is going to be printed at a3 size. The idea from the drawing is that we have to climb many hills and obstacles but if we focuss on our vision by following a straight line we will succeed. The text remains, the donkey and so on. I need it to be colourful for example the hills or mountains need to have grass and dirt look real
