Adding my 'stamp' to a youtube video I want to feature on my website +

Design details: I need two things done:

1] A youtube video to have my 'stamp'

2] To have an image 'tweaked' so I can use it on my website. I have the imbedded link to the image but can't find it on any of the top image companies. I clearly can't infringe copyright and want someone to change it enough so that doesn't happen
Ideas for the visual style: I will send you my logo to put on the youtube video
Preferred colors: see the logo
Where the design will be used: on my website which is currently being designed, but the graphic designer is doing it from a template
