A4 Sized Composite Image Creation

I've got a requirement which requires some graphic artist expertise.

It's a relatively 'simple' requirement, I've got some images (5 in total) which I've downloaded and are required to be put together as seamlessly (and eyecatchingly) as possible to form an overall image based on the theme of 'motivation'.

The images are all based on different aspects of desirability...so you have the a 3/4 shot of a man in a smart suit, a big house, the fast car and the babes(!).

The only other requirement I have is that the images be placed in a roughly hierarchical order, with the man > car house > Babes (top to bottom) and that the images of the car have its registration plate changed to my name (or something similar such as initials etc).

Other than that you have freedom as to what you think will consitute something that will captivate the eye and best serve the theme of self motivation.
