A webdesign with php and MYSQL as the backend

This is a library management system, where participants can rent e-books after registration, with username and password. There wil also be an admin login too, and only the admin can modify alter, revoke or delete from the system. Where a pupil get to rent a book the number of books left gets to decrease by one, and the time scale for a book to be held is 2 week after which they will be automated.My biggest problem now is time though, as i have just one week to get it done, however i would like communication with the individual so that i can understand what he or she is doing as i would need to do a write up as well, but the write up would be done by myself.
