I am looking for an illustrator who can create an illustration featuring my friend and his cat - ideally someone who does illustrations for children's books and works with Adobe (or any other similar) software as this will make the logistics of receiving the illustration in time much easier.
The deadline for this is 10th May (as this is planned for my friend's birthday).
I can give you lots of additional information about my friend and his cat and can provide you with pictures.
