A diagram

Hi - i'm looking for one diagram to be produced using powerpoint on the influences on board decision-making for my PhD.

In the centre, I have board decision-making, and then there are state, market and community influences and internal (organisational) requirements that impact on decision-making - see attached.

I would like this to be presented professionally - that I can amend. I would like suggestions of how it can be presented - not just in the way I have scribbled it down in the attached.
