5 images required, using a pre-made template PSD file

I need 5 images created, using a pre-made template PSD file

Here is the template PSD file

For each of the 5 images, all I need is: -

- Replace banner text with text supplied (shown further down)

- Replace main image with image supplied (The image is a iPhone game app screenshot)
