3D Mockups of Various Collateral

Design details: branding / eightyfivebloor

INTRO: we’re an interior design firm creating a short proposal for a condo developer who also requires collateral (which we don’t do so will outsource to you). we need 3D collateral mockups for our proposal (mockups only, not for print/production). if we get the project we will outsource all collateral work to you.

we’ve created the website with photography of our work and brand style. now you must use this style to create 3D mockups of: (1) brochure cover page; (2) open brochure consisitng of two pages; (3) business card; (4) put website on mac (see attached sample). all mockups must be on high key white background including appropriate reflections/shadows for effect. asset dimensions should be 1800 x 1200.

(1) BROCHURE

see attached files for sample of style/layout. deliverables incude (1) closed brochure sitting on white background, black texture (see “texture” layer inside PSD file). also need open brochure very similar in style/layout to attached sample, taking photographs from the website eightyfivebloor.com. the text doesn’t need to be legible as this is a mockup only, but we will provide copy for you to use.

(2) BUSINESS CARD

need mockup of business card using same style, *very* similar to included sample (but again, sitting on white background with appropriate reflection/shadow) i really like the “business card sample 2”, except it needs to be on white background again.

(3) WEBSITE ON MAC: the website (eightyfivebloor.com) displayed on mac, white background, the glare/reflection needs to continue all the way through the screen (see mac website sample).

IN CLOSING: i will provide you with whatever assets you need from eightyfivebloor.com, including the branding/logo PSD/AI files.
