2D and 3D design - Ideally using sketch up or similar

I require a skilled digital designer to assist with 2D floor plans and 3D renderings for bathroom remodeling projects. Initial duties will involve creating precise 2D technical drawings of existing bathroom layouts utilizing programs like SketchUp. Once approved by clients, 3D visualizations of the renovated spaces will then be produced depicting finalized design selections. Cabinet schematics will be provided using Mozaik, but other items must be incorporated as chosen, such as mirrors, light fixtures, ventilation fans, tile patterns for floors and walls, shower installations, and paint colors for moldings and surfaces. A high degree of attention to detail is needed when bringing clients' visions to life through digital means. Long-term collaboration is sought, as various projects are anticipated throughout the year requiring expertise in 2D technical drafting and sophisticated 3D modeling. The ability to proficiently navigate 3D design software while accurately representing building materials, textures, and fixtures will be invaluable assets.
